Return policy

You may cancel the order 24 hours before delivery. If the bouquet is already created, you cannot get a refund for the reason that flowers are perishable goods.

Bouquets of flowers one kind are created in a few hours before sending them to the clients. Our florists might start making complex bouquets such as baskets, hearts, bouquets of several types of flowers in 24 hours before delivery. However, the flowers for the bouquets can be reserved or specially ordered 7 days prior to delivery.

There are two types of return means:

Refund with bank charge of 15%:

If the bouquet is not created yet, there are more than 24 hours to the delivery and the bouquet is impossible to deliver but not through our fault (for example, you have specified the date and time of delivery and the recipient of the bouquet has left on a business trip for a long period), then we can help you regain the full bouquet costs with the exception of our costs in the amount of 15%. If the bouquet was created then a refund is not possible.

Attention! Before ordering a bouquet you have to read the terms of delivery. For example, if you have paid a bouquet after 8:00 p.m. local time, and you need the delivery at 7:00 a.m., then most likely we will not be able to deliver flowers as the warehouse opens at 9:00 a.m.. In this case, we will refund your money with a charge of 15%. Please also note that if the order specifies that the recipient has to clarify the exact time and address of delivery himself/herself, the bouquet can be made prior to the actual specification of the address, and if the recipient does not answer the phone call, a refund is not possible. Moreover, you will have to clarify the address for your delivery on your own in order to make a delivery.

Refund without bank charge:

If the bouquet cannot be delivered through our fault, for example, we have run out of the flowers we need for the bouquet you would like, we will refund you all the money to the card and also we will pay the bank charges.

Refunds are carried out by the partner bank. We will send the request for a refund as soon as we get your refund request. On average, it takes 3-7 working days from the time of application to transferring the money into your account (bank or electronic).

You have to send a request to info@flowers-sib.ru mail in order to get a refund, you have to indicate your order number and reason for return or cancel.

Complaints regarding the quality of flowers

All our bouquets are made from fresh flowers and we grant our own guarantee of quality for all our bouquets. However, flowers are "unpredictable goods" which can get deteriorated from drafts or high temperatures, so it is important to follow the rules of care for flowers.

If you have been brought substandard flowers (for example, a courier let them get cold during the transportation), then you should contact our company the same day. We will change the bouquet, or refund the money.

Please note that the complaints regarding the quality of flowers are considered in the presence of a bouquet picture during the day which the bouquet was delivered.
